НЕДОСТАТОЧНАЯ ФИЗИЧЕСКАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ, МАЛОПОДВИЖНОЕ ПОВЕДЕНИЕ И COVID-19 — СОВРЕМЕННАЯ ТРИАДА ФАКТОРОВ УГРОЗЫ ЗДОРОВЬЮ ЧЕЛОВЕКА: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

Представлены результаты контент-анализа современных данных, касающихся сочетания трех независимо развивающихся факторов, негативно влияющих на физическое, психическое и социальное здоровье человека. Основным методом исследования был контент-анализ оригинальных литературных источников, опубликованных в рецензируемых журналах за период 2018–2022 гг. Библиографический поиск осуществляли с помощью поисковых баз данных MedLine, PsyInfo, Cochrane, а также электронных ресурсов КиберЛенинки и библиотек ведущих российских университетов физической культуры и спорта по ключевым словам: physical activity, sedentary behavior, Covid-19 lockdawn.

Найдено 116 источников, из них согласно цели исследования отобрано 56 научных статей, по материалам которых проведен критический анализ, представленный в настоящем обзоре. Многие авторы считают, что сочетание низкой физической активности, малоподвижного поведения и ограничений из-за Covid-19 требует пристального внимания, поскольку серьезно угрожает здоровью человека.
