ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ДВУХ МЕТОДОВ ОЦЕНКИ БОЛИ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИОННОЙ МЕДИЦИНЕ
Аннотация
Цель: изучить соответствие между двумя методами оценки боли, а именно пересмотренной шкалой Вонга-Бейкера (FPS-R) и методами оценки выражения лица по гриму Пекинской оперы (POFM). Метод: С 1 марта по 30 июня 2024 года FPS-R и BOFM использовались для оценки и измерения боли у 41 госпитализированного пациента, проходящего реабилитацию. Результаты оценки боли, полученные с помощью методов оценки боли FPS-R и BOFM, не показали статистически значимой разницы, а соответствие между этими двумя методами было хорошим. Заключение: Выражения лица в стиле Пекинской оперы (POFM) удобны и пригодны для использования китайцами при оценке боли пациента.
