OUTDOOR GAMES AND GAME EXERCISES WITH THE BALL IN THE CLASSROOM FOR PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
More than 40% of the students who took part in the diagnostics have medium and low levels of development of bodily dexterity and manual dexterity. The main reason for low performance is, in our opinion, the lack of systematic, purposeful work on the development of dexterity, the individual characteristics of students, the lack of interest in some students in physical education. Outdoor games and exercises with the ball are an effective means of developing dexterity, including the sleight of hand of students. For a conscious attitude of students to actions with the ball, it is necessary to give the opportunity to exercise, act, actively apply the acquired knowledge in game activities. To determine the degree of effectiveness of the influence of outdoor ball games on the development of manual dexterity, we organized experimental work, the results of which confirmed our hypothesis. The methods we use to control the development of dexterity are quite simple to use, allow us to evaluate dexterity, which is manifested in the accuracy and coordination of movements, can be used in secondary and higher educational institutions when working with students.

An author should not normally publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or publication venues. Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
