METHODS, ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH AND JUSTIFICATION OF MOTIVATION METHODS BY MEANS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Abstract
Methods, organization of the study and justification of the methodology of motivation by means of physical education were considered using the example of junior schoolchildren. Pedagogical testing was carried out to determine the initial and final levels of personal and situational anxiety in the control and experimental groups. Testing using the Spielberger-Khanin method was carried out using two forms: one form for measuring indicators of situational anxiety, and the second for measuring the level of personal anxiety.
