KEY FUNDS INFLUENCING THE FAST DEVELOPMENT OF FAST VOLLEYBALLERS OF VARIOUS QUALIFICATIONS
Abstract
Annotation. This article discusses a wide range of tools that are used in the training process of volleyball players of various qualifications for the development of speed. The analysis of the data of scientific and methodological literature on the used means and methods of training athletes in the section of physical training. Three forms of manifestation of speed and physical exercises that are used in the training process of volleyball players are considered. Examples of outdoor games that help more efficient development of this physical quality are given. The aim of the work was to generalize information and characterization of fixed assets affecting the development of speed in the training process of volleyball players of various qualifications
