ORGANIZATION, METHODS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPEED-POWER QUALITIES AMONG VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS
Abstract
Research methods — control tests used to establish the initial and final level of technical and tactical training of 1st year students of Altai State University. The assessment of the level of physical development, technical and tactical readiness is carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of the used means, methods and forms of organizing classes are revealed. The results of the experimental study show that the comparison of the indicators of students' exposure to the techniques and ball feeds in volleyball lessons based on the methodology of the stage-bystage formation of technical and tactical actions testifies to the correspondence of the research concept to its results.
