STUDENTS' ATTITUDE TO PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS ACTIVI-TIES
Abstract
Determining the attitude of students to physical education and sports activities in the context of long-term research is an important condition for improving the effectiveness of the physical education process at the university. The total value of the indicator of productive attitude to physical culture and sports activities among students of Altai State University was 110.0 points in 2016, 109.6 points in 2022, and 114.6 points in 2025. According to the semantic groups of questions, the highest value was recorded in the category illustrating the degree of understanding of the importance of physical culture as a type of culture, a separate field of knowledge, an important sphere of human social existence – 30.0 points. In second place was the indicator indicating the nature of attitudes towards the subjects "Physical culture and sports", "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports", as is known, which are the basis of physical culture and sports education - 28.9 points. Then you can cancel the value of the accumulated potential of the factors of readiness for effective practical activity in the field under consideration – 29.6 points. The lowest number of points was scored by students when answering questions about the student's awareness of the importance of physical culture and sports for the implementation of the most important aspects of his life – 25.2. In this regard, it can be noted that students are aware of the importance of physical culture and sports, understand the importance of the subjects "Physical culture and sports", "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports", fairly fairly assess their readiness to work in the field under study. However, students do not fully clearly see the importance of physical culture and sports for the implementation of key aspects of their lives, this indicates some declarative statements, and gaps in the formation of the theoretical basis of physical culture. Thus, the students demonstrated an average level of attitude towards physical, cultural and sports activities. The results obtained indicate the need to increase the effectiveness of the physical education process at the university and focus it on the need-motivation sphere of students, deep personal mechanisms of interiorization of values of physical culture.

An author should not normally publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or publication venues. Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
