THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF MOTOR ACTIVITY FOR STUDENTS
Abstract
Determining the degree of attractiveness of motor activity for students of various specialties within the same university is an important condition for improving the effectiveness of the physical education process. To solve the problem, the same method was used. Its semantic basis is based on the identification of such factors as a) the attractiveness of the actual process of performing motor actions, b) the attractiveness of sensations arising from the influence of social factors accompanying motor activity c) the attractiveness of feelings of struggle, victory, overcoming oneself, characteristic of physical culture and sports activities. d) the attractiveness of feelings of one's own worthiness, success in physical culture and sports activities, and achieving the intended result. According to the results of the conducted research, the following can be noted. The total value of the studied indicator for all respondents was 137.3 ( 37.1) points, which corresponds to the average value. Among first-year students, it was 135.7 ( 38.6), among second-year students it was equal to 138.7 ( 36.3) points. According to individual factors that formed the functional basis of the methodology, the following can be noted: the sensations from the very process of performing motor actions turned out to be the most attractive for students. The average value was 37.9 ( 9.2) points. Further, according to the degree of attractiveness, there are such blocks of issues as the attractiveness of sensations arising from the influence of social factors - 34.0 ( 10.9) points; the attractiveness of feelings of struggle, victory, overcoming oneself – 34.7 ( 10.3) points; the attractiveness of feelings of personal well-being, success in physical culture and sports activities - 32.9 ( 10.6) points. When considering the results in the context of the expected future professional activity, the best results were shown by students of the specialty geography 157.4 ( 40.1), sociology 152.4 ( 28.3), psychology 152.2 ( 24.1), philologists 134.6 ( 33.0) and journalists 137.3 (34.1) took an intermediate position and the worst results were demonstrated by mathematicians 119.6 ( 42.0) and art historians 115.5 ( 18.4). Thus, it can be noted that the students of the Altai State University demonstrate the average value of the attractiveness of motor activity. This indicates the main vector of pedagogical efforts, encouraging to expand the arsenal of direct as well as indirect motivational factors of physical culture and sports activities.

An author should not normally publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or publication venues. Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
