THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON THE FORMATION OF MOTIVATION TO ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Abstract
To explore and describe the impact of digital technologies on people's motivation to engage in physical activity, and to identify the positive and negative aspects of this impact. Material and research methods: various sources of information, including official reports and statistics from psychological and sports organizations, data on the introduction of new technologies for physical education, as well as materials from publications in the media and social networks about motivation to engage in physical education. The study used methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization of information. The results of the study: show that a person's motivation to engage in physical education is formed under the influence of both internal and external factors. Internal subjective factors include personal interests and needs. Both positive and negative effects of digital technologies are noted. The emphasis is placed on the fact that modern society is faced with the problem of widespread use of gadgets among teenagers, which often leads to a decrease in the level of physical activity. Spending too much time in front of a screen negatively affects the physical health of children and adolescents, including the risk of obesity, postural disorders, and even developmental delays. A positive aspect of using digital technologies is the ability to access a variety of resources that provide support in physical activities. They help you track your progress, receive personalized recommendations, and participate in communities of like-minded people. Conclusions: for the effective use of digital technologies in the formation of motivation for physical education, it is necessary to find a balance between advantages and disadvantages. Understanding the need for physical activity and the rational use of digital opportunities will help create sustainable motivation and a healthy approach to personal development in the modern world.

An author should not normally publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or publication venues. Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
