Effectiveness of the method of improving technical readiness of water polo players 15-16 years old
Abstract
The structure and characteristics of the training process, technical and tactical training of water Polo players are analyzed. The essence of the pedagogical research at the formative stage is that it is assumed that the use of experimentally developed attack tactics, when playing in equal teams, using the main water Polo throw in water Polo will increase the effectiveness of the training process and the success of the teams ' performance at competitions. Training tools and methods were selected and implemented to improve the effectiveness of technical and tactical training of young water Polo players. In order to create technical and tactical bases and achieve high sports results in competitive activities. To ensure the reliability and validity of the research results, the paper applies mathematical and statistical processing of the obtained results that the treatment was carried out according to conventional methods in mathematical statistics are described in the literature, with the calculation of the arithmetic mean of variational series, with test results for the significance of differences for the table "student". 1
At the preparatory stage of the study, we formulated the research topic. Also at this stage, the relevance and basic concepts were determined, the theoretical analysis of the problem state on the selected topic was made, the object and subject of our research were identified, and a ascertaining pedagogical test was conducted. At the formative stage of experimental work, a program (methodology) for training expert attack tactics was developed and implemented. The results of the study confirm the high efficiency of the program developed by us, but the use of experimental attack tactics in the training process can significantly increase the effectiveness and success of performance in competitions, but you should not focus on only one tactic. 2
We also analyzed the modern system: "Discipline without stress." It is based on the promotion of responsibility (rather than obedience, the pursuit of which often ends with resistance, discontent, and even rebellion).
Don't forget about traditional attack tactics. The coach should build a preference for different tactical actions, rather than choose one of them.
