THE VALUE OF VITAMIN D3 IN THE BODY. GOOD OR BAD?
Abstract
The article discusses the importance of vitamin D3 for the body. The results of the survey on the respondents ' knowledge of the effect of vitamin D3, awareness of the population about the side effects of insufficient vitamin intake, as well as the fact that the physical load of the power nature increases the density of bone tissue.
