APPLICATION OF GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL EXERCISES (GED) AT CLASSES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH COLLEGE STUDENTS (SPO)
Abstract
The technique of application of general developmental exercises (GED) with subjects in the physical education of college students, a secondary specialized institution of the Altai State University (Barnaul, Russia) is presented. The influence of the experimental methodology on the level of physical fitness of students aged 16-18 is shown. An assessment of the growth of indicators of students' physical readiness for the period of the pedagogical experiment was carried out. The results of a questionnaire survey of physical education teachers are presented, aimed at identifying the regularity of conducting outdoor switchgear with objects and the frequency of using various objects - balls, hoops, jump ropes, gymnastic sticks in the process of physical education lessons. The data obtained in the course of a survey of respondents, conducted in order to identify the attitude of college students to physical education lessons at the beginning and at the end of the pedagogical experiment, are presented.

An author should not normally publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in multiple journals or publication venues. Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
