FEATURES OF FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN GRADES 5-7
Abstract
The problem of maintaining and strengthening health people in all historical eras have attracted attention specialists of various profiles. This problem is reflected where the priority is the formation of a healthy image life (HLS), especially the younger generation. Article posted features of the formation of a healthy lifestyle for schoolchildren in grades 5-7 secondary school. Using this contingent as an example, this is the research is being conducted in Armenia for the first time. In a sociological survey More than 6 thousand schoolchildren were covered and data was obtained characterizing social behavior, value orientations and their attitude towards health. In a formative pedagogical experiment in which they took participation of 167 schoolchildren in grades 5-7, the developed program for the formation of knowledge, practical skills and habits in compliance with the rules and requirements of a healthy lifestyle. The program was implemented by use of special pedagogical conditions, computer presentations, problem situations, role-playing games, application of rules and hygiene requirements, hardening, excursions and other events. Apparently, it was possible to form in conditions school education, the value attitude of students to their health, ensure the preservation and strengthening of health, acquire knowledge, practical skills in developing a healthy lifestyle, to form Most schoolchildren in grades 5-7 feel responsible for their health. This is evidenced by the data presented in the work. It seems that the materials received by the authors may be used in the development of other innovative educational techniques of a similar order. Special attention is recommended in the educational process on the formation of a healthy lifestyle should be given mutual understanding and integration of educational and physical activity. The authors note that shaping the needs of schoolchildren 5-7 classes in healthy lifestyle is a controlled process that should take into account interests, motives, level of motor preparedness and capabilities of a specific educational establishments. The work of a comprehensive school on conservation the health of schoolchildren and the formation of a healthy lifestyle should considered as an important component of the educational system.
