The purpose of this study was to, based on well-known theories and approaches to the analysis of organizational behavior, specifically study the organizational culture of the staff of the Multidisciplinary Hospital for Active Treatment (MBAL) named after Rachel Angelova HELL of Pernik, as well as the impact of this organizational culture on the life and behavior of people working in the hospital.
To achieve this goal, from December 2019 to February 2020, we conducted a survey, setting the following tasks: to develop questionnaires to study the organizational behavior and culture of staff in the hospital; analyze the results; formulate recommendations in order to optimize organizational behavior at the level of inpatient care.

Such redundant publication is generally considered to constitute unethical publishing behavior, and if discovered may result in a manuscript under consideration being rejected, or a published article being retracted.
Authors of manuscripts reporting on original research should present an accurate account of the work performed, accompanied by an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the manuscript. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and may be cause for rejection or retraction of a manuscript or published article.
